stylish comfort near st james's park

modern bathroom underfloor heating comfortable bed

I had a superior double room. It included a modern bathroom with underfloor heating. the room offered a quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds. the hotel's proximity to st james park and buckingham palace was quite convenient. the personalized note upon arrival was a lovely touch.

the in-room dining options were not good in terms of taste and variety. also the phone in the room was not properly plugged into the wall charger. i had to use the speaker function because otherwise it would just die.

i noticed the restaurant seemed understaffed during the evening. coca-cola was unavailable at the bar. the restaurant's ambience was lacking, with few patrons present even during peak hours. this could affect the overall dining experience.

I experienced Really good service. The staff ALWAYS acted friendly and helpful. My beautiful double room was neat AND comfortable. I REALLY liked the fruit basket in my room.

The in-room phone wasn't fully plugged in. I used the speaker ALL the time.

convenient location heated floor professional staff unique decoration

i found the location superb, convenient for exploring. the room had a heated floor in the bathroom, though i didn't need it . the staff were very professional and helpful. i especially liked the modern and unique decorations throughout the hotel, it added character.

The cocktail service was a bit slow. Though the drinks tasted delicious, i waited longer than expected.

street noise leaky faucet

the location proved acceptable for my itinerary.

The room i was assigned looked smaller than anticipated. it lacked proper soundproofing. I could distinctly hear street noise. furthermore, the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear, including a leaky faucet.
